Cindy - pure professionalism and an overwhelming amount of support and enthusiasm. She was a seamless addition to our set. Her direction to all parties was clear, considered, and calm.

Where I Come In
Intimacy coordination
Some scenes need more than a closed set and crossed fingers.
For scenes involving intimacy, nudity, simulated sex, kissing, touch, moments of physical/emotional vulnerability.
Wellbeing Coordination
When the story asks a lot of the people telling it.
For productions working with emotionally demanding themes, psychosocial risk, or complex cast and crew needs. And I might just mention productions who know the film industry culture and want to make it mentally healthier.
Consultations
Before questions become challenges.
For early stage conversations, script breakdowns, rehearsal planning, or tailored cast/crew workshops.
My services prioritise sustainable budgeting appropriate to the realities of contemporary production, while maintaining professional standards.
So you’re ready to tell your story …
Intimacy.
Wellbeing.
Together.
Certification got me started. Curiosity keeps me learning.
Most productions think about intimacy and wellbeing as separate conversations. My training tells me otherwise.
Alongside specialist training with multiple internationally recognised intimacy organisations, I'm also one of Australia's first internationally trained Wellbeing Coordinators for stage and screen. That means productions can access support across intimate scenes, performer wellbeing and psychosocial risk through one collaborative partnership, rather than separate services
Instead of stepping in only when a scene requires intimacy, I offer more support to productions —from pre-production planning through to wrap—helping teams navigate both the practical and human demands of intimate and heightened storytelling.
I'm all about flexible frameworks, not compulsory directives, adapting to your production, not expecting your production to adapt to the process.
Specialist training. Practical application.

Hair - GCLT theatre
With ‘Hair' being such an intimate show, Ambridge clearly created good direction and a safe environment for the actors.

No I'm not the kiss cop or fun police
After more than 30 years working across the performing arts, wellbeing, and education I've found my place where everything comes together.
That place is supporting productions that want specialist support without unnecessary complexity.
My role isn't to take over the creative process. It's to support it—bringing clarity, collaboration and calmness to the moments that need it most.
